Co-Founding Ithraa Center

In 2008, Sameer co-founded the Ithraa Center for Training in Amman, Jordan, alongside Mary Petro and Aida Beiruty Ayoub. Ithraa, meaning "enrichment" in Arabic, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to unlocking human potential through customized training, coaching, and workshops tailored to the unique needs of individuals and organizations. Under Sameer's leadership as Executive Director, Ithraa has expanded its reach, establishing a branch in Lebanon in 2014 in collaboration with Dr. Chady Rahme. The center has empowered over 12,000 individuals across five countries, emphasizing experiential and practical learning approaches.

Advancing Internal Family Systems (IFS) in the Middle East

Sameer's commitment to personal development is further exemplified by his involvement with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. He is listed as a practitioner with the IFS Institute, indicating his dedication to integrating IFS principles into his coaching and training methodologies.
